Home made Black Bean Salsa

This week while I am in North Adams at MASS MoCA/ Assetts for Artist residency
I made a black bean salsa!
Its a great snack to eat with Nut thin crackers or blue corn tortilla chips!
Staying full and eating healthy snacks is key, no sweets, candies, or junk food!
Ingredientrs:
tomatoes
Bell peppers
Red onion
Garlic
Cilantro
can of black beans
1/4 cup of frozen corn
1 lime

I diced all ingredients and mixed together with lime juice and olive oil
