Walking to the YMCA is my warm up and cool down. Saw my trainer today worked on lower body and core exercises.
For meals, I have been making portions and storing them. Home made Pesto Chicken: Basil, garlic, olive oil and Parmesan cheese. I skip the pine nuts! This week Im going to work on making a yummy black bean salad, with corn, tomatoes, red onions, bell peppers and mixed greens & Balsamic dressing. Eating healthy and exercise keeps my sugar levels controlled through out the day.
